Is there a specific trigger I'm missing? Could it be a conflict with Obscure's College of Winterhold (even though that mod says it's compatible with NSFMG) and/or one of the Misc.

"deadline", and I tried following him around from 5 to 10 a.m. several days in a row, I've directly engaged him in conversation before the 9 a.m. It's been several in-game weeks since I joined the College, the configuration urn shows a delay of -9, I've slept in my quarters in the College and woken up between 7 and 8 a.m. I know I'm echoing many other people when I say this, but Tolfdir won't start the Saarthal quest for me.
